Centrally located in Fredrikstad you will find Evolve's beautiful center. After an extensive total renovation, this stately and venerable building on Cicignon was ready in 2019. The building was built in 1900 and was once built as the wholesale villa on St.Croix.

Evolve Fredrikstad is spread over three floors - and you are greeted by a large social zone / business lounge where you are reminded of the building's history in the beautiful details that have been preserved. Separate spacious lunch kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Good with meeting room including separate teaching room, as well as quiet room. The areas offer many different work zones for interaction - and shielding for more concentrated work.

The areas provide insight into the history and the unique surroundings where original beautiful details such as ceilings and stucco are retained. The bright and open rooms have a consistent color palette in light blue tones and light colors. Furnishing and lighting follow the color shades of the different rooms, where each room and zone is unique.
