Evolve Kvadraturen - a time-typical property

Project Lower Slottsgate 13-15 comprises two venerable 1890s farms are pooled, creating areas up to almost one thousand square meters. The property has been completely rehabilitated, but the facade has been retained, as well as period-typical architectural qualities inside. The new fashion district Promenade right in the heart of the city with a large selection of shops that include world-famous luxury brands such as Hermés, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Burberry, local fashion concepts and exclusive shopping malls.

Evolve Kvadraturen has a pleasant social zone that is also well suited for informal meetings. Simple kitchen with coffee from Nespresso and filtered water from PureWater. The areas offer open workplaces in different zones and lockable team offices, as well as meeting rooms that are easily booked and plenty of quiet rooms.

Throughout the room is an active and extensive use of warm earth tones, and furniture follows the color shades of the rooms. The charming premises offer different work zones for interaction - and shielding for more concentrated work.

‍Evolve Kvadraturen is only five minutes away from Oslo S / Flytoget and the National Theater and 50 meters to the Parliament subway station.The promenade is located right in the center directly opposite Steen & Strøm magazine on Oslo's main street Karl Johan, with exciting shops side by side in Akersgata, Kongens gate, Prinsens gate, Øvre Slottsgate and Nedre Slottsgate. Several boutique hotels and exciting restaurants are nearby.
